The most damaging and harmful things to our organism are our lifestyle and indiference. Many people have a hectic program that doesn't allow them to take care of themselves. For example a normal day includes weaking up in the morning, going to work, eating junk food, coming home, cooking, eating a lot, watching tv and then sleeping. Sedentary ife affects our organism and also our state of mind. Obesity is one of the most problematic issues in the USA. Why? Because of the many fast food products that appear on the market, and tempt everyone, especially those without any time.
What Does It mean To Be Physically Healthy? Well, physically healthy means being healthy inside and outside. Having a healthy organism and eating healthy is in a tight relationship with having a healthy worked out body. If you want to look good and feel good , then you should start keeping some diets, pass on to more healthy meals, have a schedule a chart of everyday's meals and exercise as often as you can. It doesn't have to be a very tireing work out, a 30 minutes run ,twice a week, could make miracles.
Physically healthy means having a body fit, resisting to stressful situations, not giving up, being able to make things without putting too much effort into it. In order to become physically healthy people need to understand that exercising is essential. Some go to gym , some prefer to walk or run from time to time. Either way, it's best to have some kind of exercise in your life. Those that want to look very good modelate their body in the gym, and work out for hours every day in the gym. This is good also, if you can handle the effort.Health should be on our top priorities. Without our health we couldn't do all the things we wanted. It's best to prevent than to cure, so thinking more before eating something could be a good start. Many foods nowadays, have tones of calories and toxic substances, that's why it's best to choise more natural products. Eating a lot of vegetables is the key to a healthy organism. Also never eat at night, because the organism doesn't have enough time to burn all the calories from your body and so, the fat settles down on your hips or weist.

Even if you don't wnat to keep diets, you could at lest respect an eating program. This way, you won't exagerate with food, or sweets. Also, eating very spicy or very bitter is not ok either. Just respect some limits and you will be fine, and always remember that exercising can make miracles. After a certain age, people have to work harder to keep their body in shape, that's why starting from a young age, could assure a long life, without too many efforts.
