Health has many meanings. Being healthy in general is essential because only if you are healthy you can do all the things you want in life. When people pray to God they pray for health and happiness , things much harder to accomplish than money and social status. Without our health we can’t manage to be normal humans so, health has a very important role in our day to day life. Being physically healthy is crucial for functioning in normal rates.
Each person has his own character and style. Because we are very different we have different schedules, preferences etc. Many people are very outgoing and sociable and many prefer to be more quit and pass unobserved. What It Means to Be Socially Healthy is a question that many think of. Socially healthy means having a normal life that includes friends, a good interaction with people, a good relationship with colleagues at work etc. Being socially healthy is a state of being that can be seen by others. Many people are introverted and very shy. Well, their social healthiness has problems.
Being healthy in general is having a good state of mind, being confident, having a good opinion of yourself etc. People that have some personal issues can’t function socially very good. For a person to be Socially Healthy, that person has to be outgoing, open minded, sociable, have a good relationship with friends, going out at social events, going with friends at parties, movies etc, are day to day things that put together in a big picture are very important.
There are many people that have problems they can’t talk about, and these inner fears , issues are transmitted and affect your character and social life. Today, going to a therapist is very common.
