Why Are Fruits Healthy

Since we are little we are always pushed from behind by our parents , almost forced to eat fruits. Fruits are ok, are sweet, can make as a good dessert but everyone I think can agree with me on this, that a chocolate can be better than any fruit . Fruits have a lot of vitamins, are good because they do not make you fat. We have a lot of fruits from which to choose like : apples, apricots, strawberries, bananas, oranges, avocado, melons, cherries, plums, etc. Here are a few of the properties of fruits and maybe you could understand Why Are Fruits Healthy: apples for example are a source fiber compounds. Also the powerful antioxidants, found in red apples are good because they protect us from cardiovascular disease and cancer development. Also, apples can fight against the bad effects of tobacco. An apple a day can keep us healthy and without any need of doctors. Also patients with diabetes can eat sour apple while those suffering from cardiovascular and obesity eat sweet apple. Ripe apples is a good remedy for constipation, few people know this.
Another very good fruit for our health is apricot. Apricots can be found only in the summer, winter only has imported ones. It is an excellent fruit because it has lots of vitamins such as A, C, E, potassium, iron and beta-carotene. There is a substance in this fruit called lycopene that is known to help preventing cancer and heart disease. Apricots properties are many like for example it protects our heart, nourishes our lungs, makes you body more healthy and strong, removes skin disorder etc. For those who have constipation, eating one fresh apricot before any meal, or combining it with a juice, can be the perfect solution. Also apricots make a very good diet for people suffering of anemia, asthma or tuberculosis. Apricots help our eyes, stomach, liver, heart, nerve, immune system mostly they are indicated for many things. Most of you I bet didn't knew that fruits have such a great influence on us, so you can now eat more apricots and apples.

Banana is also a delicious and sweet fruit, common in all houses, that is a great product for many dessert recipes. Besides it's taste people should eat banana because it has the ability and the necessary substance that gives us energy. Many people eat one or two bananas in the morning, and are more energetic and not hungry at all. The nutrients from this fruit are good for our heart, muscle, nerve, kidney and skeleton. Cherries are also great fruits that taste awesome especially when they are totally made. Cherries have a high content of iron and the highest levels of disease-fighting antioxidants. They also have a nice dose of beta-carotene potassium, magnesium, iron, fiber, vitamin C and E scientists have discovered that cherries can reduce cholesterol level and blood level.

Other Healthy fruits are for example grapefruits. Grapefruit contain lots of natural pectin ( some kind of fiber) that can reduce cholesterol level, blood pressure, blood sugar and cardiovascular diseases. Red and pink grapefruits are rich in for potassium, calcium, beta-carotene, lycopene also encountered at apricots, fiber and many other things that are known by scientists. Grapefruit can relieve constipation, helps in bowel action and inflammatory disorders, maintains the intestines healthy, makes you more hungry in this way stimulating appetite, etc. Grapefruits are great for diabetic patients who should eat three a day. People that are not allowed to eat too much sugar, can get it from fruits, shooting two rabbits at once.
