Nowadays obesity is one of our biggest problems. In America for instance this problem has raised a lot of isues, mainly because many people lead a sedentary life at which contributes fast food and junk food also. Fast food like Burger King , Mcdonalds, Taco Bell are all products of american firms. The products are cheap and the food is not healthy at all. Because many people don't have the time to cook dinner or to eat a healthy lunch, fast food has become very popular. It's easier to order out, or to just pick something up on your way home.
Sweets are also a very big problem for parents especially. Kids are crazy for sweets, but not only them. There are also many adults that eat sweets non stop. Candy, chocolate mostly is the number one product that sells in millions. Women love chocolate more than men. Chocolate can be an afrodisiac, can be a way to calm down, a way to pass the time, or a refugee when you are upset. Many women eat when they are angry or upset and don't pay attention at the quantity. After a while they see the difference in weight. Chocolate has many calories, and in big amounts it can be quite harmful, not only to your health, but also to your teeth.
On the other hand, dark chocolate is another thing. Dark chocolate is made from natural ingredients, it doesn't have any new substances or chemical added in it so , it's on it's natural state that's why it's much better. Just as vegetable, they are full of vitamins and proteins in their natural state, but if coocked they lose half of them. Many know that dark chocolate is good but they don't know why. Why is Dark Chocolate Good for You? well because in the first place dark chocolate is good for your heart. For example a chocolate bar of dark chocolate every day can keep your heart running well.Consuming dark chocolate reduces blood presure at people that have a very high blood pressure. Dark chocolate is also good to lower colesterol, studies show that it can reduce it by up to 10 percent. Besides these benefits, dark chocolate tastes good. Some people like it's taste some don't, but it's still chocolate. It can also stimulate endorphin production, acts as an anti depressant etc.
In the end, chocolate or dark chocolaate, is still chocolate. Many people become addicted to chocolate. It's recommended to eat a piece of chocolate every day, because it gives you energy and it's tastes good. Many people don't eat chocolate and so they have to get their energy from other things. Kids should eat less chocolate because it can ruin their teeth. Many parents give their child a chocolate bar after they eat their meal. Everyone eats chocolate, but each one eats from a different reason. Chocolate tastes so good, that it's irresistible.
