Why Is it Good to Be Healthy

Being healthy means an active life, means energy and the will to do anything you want. You can be mentally healthy and physically healthy. Mostly all of us, forget to take care of ourselves sometimes. We often say, it can't happen to me, and following this idea you end up doing all the thing you shouldn't. For example if one night you are hungry or you have an urge for chocolate you let yourself eart an entire chocolate and go to sleep afterwards. This is not a good idea because in this rythm you will be obese.
Why Is it Good to Be Healthy? Well, because everything is good when you are healthy. Having a healthy organism, means you can be relaxed, you don't catch any viruses, you don't have weight problems and so on. In order to be healthy you have to watch what you are eating and exercise so you can have a healthy body too. Eating and what you are eating are important issues nowadays. Obesity is a very serious problem especially in America where everyone eats fast food in a crazy manner. Because we work, we don't have time to cook healthy meals, we tend to take in many kilograms.
Sedentary life is our number one enemy. Work, home and sleep can be a very dangerous program. Exercising can make you feel better, have more energy to do all the things you want to do. Mental health is in a straight relationship with physical health. Being ok in what regards day to day life, means you are mentally healthy. Happiness is a state of healthiness. Having a positive attitude can change many things in your life. People are usually very negative and forget to have ambitions and hopes. If you want to change something in your life you can.Many people that are fat, complain of their weight but never do something about it. Being fat, troubles you in your daily life, mental healthiness is low, because you are not satisfied with yourself, you don't have the energy to work, and mostly you repress all your problems in eating. In the end, to have a healthy life, you have to eat healthy, exercise and have a positive attitude. In order to have all these things you have to want it badly. It's hard to make a daily program for eating, exercising, working and still having time for your family.
Healthiness is a state of well being. Another very important thing , is no vices, like drinking ,smoking etc. These kind of addictions lead to bad things. It's hard to quit, but at leats try. If you are going to feel better then, you have done a very good thing. Try to occupy your time with exercising for example. It's hard to lead a life like in the books, after a certain pattern, but we are not saying that it's good to do this. You just have to set some limits, your own limits and respect them. Don't let yourself be tempted.
