We function and we are alive because our body works well. When it has problems we are sick and we can`t do anything. Well, health is more important than other things in life. Without our health we couldn`t do nothing so it`s essential to take care of ourselves. Many people think that if they are ok they don`t need to go to a routine check up. Well, the doctor recommends making analysis twice a year. Even if you don`t feel sick, it`s better to make sure than to cure later. Health means being mentally and physically healthy. The physic healthiness has to be controlled through exercising, nutrition and skincare. A healthy body means an active life, a healthy way of eating, a certain schedule and no vices. Many people don`t follow any of these advices. All of us, drink, the ,majority smokes, we all eat junk food and we rarely eat vegetables. Having a sedentary lifestyle can also lead to a lot of problems. We can controle our health as easy as we can controle our life. We just need a little ambition . To a healthy body another thing that contributes is genetics. We inherit many of our parents problems so a person born with a severe deficiency will never be a healthy person.

Mental health is as important as the physic one. Mental health refers to a person`s emotional and psychological well being. Feeling competent and active every day means we are mentally healthy. Being able to function properly in any domain, recovering from any failure is a proof of a healthy mind. Depression is very common nowadays among teenagers and middle age people. Depression can cause even death, and so, even if it doesn`t look like an important disease depression is more dangerous than you think.

Other things than contribute to a healthy organism are hygiene and stress management. Hygiene means keeping your body clean to prevent any sort of infection. Hygiene means, bathing, floosing teeth and washing hands. On the other hand stress management means taking some time for yourself. Daily duties and daily problems can be exhausting and from time to time you need a relaxing moment just for yourselves. This can make you release tension and prevent any breakdown or behavior disorders.

Health means having a happy life, feeling good in your own body, being pleased with yourself, communicating properly with your family and doing just fine at work. When something goes bad everything else seems to follow. A problem never comes alone, so, we should first take care of our health and  the health of our loved ones, because the rest will come in time. Money and happiness are two things than are closely related to health. Without your health you can`t work to have money and without health and money you can`t be happy. So, health no matter how you think of it, should always remain a priority.
